GpuFiles

Terms

Last updated 23 October 2026

By using GpuFiles (the site, the app, the miner, the API and the SDK) you accept these terms.

The service

GpuFiles coordinates embedding work between clients and miners. It is software provided as is, without warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. Embeddings are produced by third-party browsers and checked statistically; they can be wrong.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you submit and you must have the right to submit it. Fragments of your text are read by miners. Do not submit content whose disclosure in fragments you cannot accept, content that is unlawful, or personal data of others without a legal basis. The scrub feature catches common identifiers only.

Mining

Mining uses your device's GPU or CPU and network. You are responsible for the cost of electricity and data. You must return honest results; sessions that fail checks lose their pending shares. You must not keep, publish or attempt to reassemble the fragments you are given.

Payments and notes

Prices and note values are published in the documentation and may change for future work. Payments are final once settled on-chain. A note is a bearer claim: whoever holds it can redeem it, and a lost note cannot be recovered. Payouts depend on the vault holding enough funds and are made in batches.

$GPUFILES

$GPUFILES is a utility token used to pay for embedding and to raise payouts on notes. It is not an investment product, a share, or a claim on the operator. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Digital assets carry risk of total loss.

Operator and third parties

GpuFiles is operated by its team, independently. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Robinhood, Paxos, Hugging Face or any other company named on the site. GpuFiles is software, not a broker, a bank or a custodian.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost funds or lost profits arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above shows the current version.
